Here is a chair and a half updated in an aqua herringbone. This chair happens to be a sleeper in near mint condition. Sleepers are always a fun challenge because you want to be able to open up the bed with the cover still on. Designing slipcovers for sleepers requires a bit of engineering, which takes a little more time, and you might expect to pay a little more for the additional work. Generally my philosophy in covering fine furniture is that the cover slips on, minimizing any changes or additions to the original, staying away from stitches, staples or glue to the frame. That way the original furniture remains in tact for future use.
